Job Description
- The position of Letter Carrier is a delivery role focused on distributing mail and parcels across assigned routes

Responsibilities
- Sort and prepare mail and parcels at the depot
- Load and drive the postal delivery vehicle
- Deliver mail and packages to customers on assigned routes
- Return to the depot and unload incoming mail for future delivery
Requirements
- A valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence with a safe driving record of at least 3 years is required
- A driver’s abstract must be provided as part of the application
- The ability to lift up to 22.7 kg and carry up to 15.9 kg regularly is required
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions is required
- Availability for on-call work is required
- The ability to read, write and speak
- English and/or French is required
- Experience in customer service is considered an asset
- Experience in delivery or driving roles is considered an asset
