Job Description
- The focus of the Learning Facilitation Consultant position is to create engaging learning experiences.
- Should deliver high quality virtual and in-person learning sessions to employees.
- You will work with other Learning and Business Teams from various functional areas to support the overall strategy for training.
- You will be required to use innovative ideas when creating course content, create learner engagement in your course content, and continuously improve training programs.
- An inclusive and growth-oriented workplace within a large Canadian Financial Services Organisation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee both physical and virtual instructional events.
Gather participant feedback to continually improve programs. - Have to work with the organisations Learning and Business Units to ensure that all training programs align to the organisational objectives.
- Have to demonstrate that the person should be knowledgeable in banking.
- Have to utilize new technologies and other creative means to encourage participants to actively participate in their learning.
Requirements
- Experience with training in virtual mode.
- Can also train in-person.
- Knowledge of learning methods.
- LLQP must be complete or any experience in sales and financial sector.
- Can develop a program to understand learning needs and create courses for study.
- Can organize well.
- Can meet deadlines.
