Job Description
- The candidate must hire, supervise, and schedule staff.
- The candidate must plan and direct grounds maintenance.
- The candidate must organise and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
- The candidate must plan and estimate labour and material costs.
- The candidate must organise and direct the construction of fences, decks, and walls.
- The candidate must plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work.
- The candidate will be expected to keep work records and logs.
- The candidate will be expected to tender and manage contracts.
- The candidate will be expected to create work schedules and procedures.
- The candidate will be expected to repair and maintain equipment.
- The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate must solve work-related problems.
- The candidate must supervise nursery and greenhouse workers.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
