Job Description
- Candidates for this post are required to provide expense management support for a large enterprise operational budget working at this post.
- Applicants are also appointed to conduct invoice validation and submission for approval on telecom invoices working at this post.
- They’re required to manage invoicing disputes and issues through to resolution working at this post.
Applicants for this post are also required to work with Air Canada IT’s telecom vendors to review and develop procedures for the management of invoices and disputes. - Candidates for this post are appointed to maintain and reconcile network services invoicing to contracted services, inventory, and budget.
Job requirement
- Applicants must have a relevant University degree/technical certifications to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have completed Telecom Expense Management and Accounts Payable experience to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have completed 3-5 years of experience in IT, Accounting, Finance, Consulting, Strategy and/or Analytics to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have completed analytical skills to compile information and data from multiple sources, and the ability to work with numbers and formulas to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have prior experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have prior experience with various telco services including telephony, circuits, and managed services to be eligible for this post.
