Job Description
- The candidate must rely on RBC Dominion Securities’ established brand and reputation to develop a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners and address their complex financial needs.
- The candidate will be required to leverage RBC’s extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for clients.
- The candidate will be required to foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships through personalized service and advice.
- The candidate will be required to establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support clients across all aspects of their financial lives.

Job Requirements
- The candidate must have 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and be comfortable working on 100% commission.
- The candidate must have completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE), or be able to complete them prior to the start date.
- The candidate must be passionate about financial planning and genuinely interested in portfolio management.
- The candidate must have a background in direct marketing within financial services and show success in high value sales and business growth, regardless of discipline.
- The candidate must have strong relationship-building skills and be able to connect with all kinds of people.
- The candidate must hold recognized certifications in Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
