Job Description

  • Royal Bank of Canada Dominion Securities has established the Entrepreneurial Investment Advisor Role.
  • This role is targeting to develop, foster and manage long-term, high-net worth client relationships.
  • Providing Clients with Investments and Wealth Management Solutions Tailored to their Needs.
  • Support to do business autonomously, flexible work environment with strong institutional support.
  • This is a commission-based position starting with a base salary and Benefits.
  • This position is a Full-Time commitment and is based out of Montreal with a standard working schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a portfolio management approach for your clients.
  • Basically focus on high net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and foundations.
  • Create long-term professional relationships with your clients.
  • Work closely with your partners at Royal Bank of Canada in Banking, Insurance, and other segments.
  • Provide clients with a holistic and integrated client solution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated successful sales and business development history(4-6 years) within high-value sales.
  • Ability to sell successfully via an outbound sales strategy and, therefore, work 100% commission.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or ability to complete before starting the role.
  • Completion of either CPH, Financial Planner Diploma, or CIM designation would be beneficial.
  • Highly motivated with integrity and empathy and committed to becoming an Investment Advisor.
  • Should have proper communication skills.
  • Bilingualism(french and english).
