Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage office supplies and mail
  • Support investigative teams with required administrative tasks

Requirements

  • The candidate must have completed at least two years of secondary school or an accepted equivalent
  • The candidate needs to show through their work experience that they have handled customer interaction through direct meetings and telephone communication.
  • The candidate must have experience with MS Word and Excel programs.
  • The candidate needs to demonstrate their ability to interact in English.
  • The candidate needs to demonstrate their ability to complete work tasks while meeting time requirements.
  • The candidate must show attention to detail and dependability
  • The candidate must be able to work effectively with others and take initiative
  • The candidate must obtain and maintain RCMP Enhanced Reliability Status security clearance
  • The candidate must be willing to work in a police environment with exposure to sensitive or graphic material
  • The candidate must be willing to travel for work or training
  • The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Alberta driver’s license or equivalent
  • The candidate must be residing in Canada or be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident abroad
