Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to deliver and improve the end customer experience across WestJet’s digital channels, leveraging the Adobe Target Platform.
- They’re appointed to develop using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to support technical efforts working with IT partners, site management and creative teams to ensure timely execution of testing and personalization activities.
- They’re also appointed to contribute to and help foster a culture of experimentation and an “always be testing” mindset.

Job requirement
- Candidates must have substantial knowledge of and experience in front-end web development technologies, namely JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- They must have 2+ years of experience with Optimization platforms and the process of facilitating A/B testing and site personalization efforts.
- Candidates must have a dedicated bachelor’s degree in computer science, or other related combination of education and experience.
- Candidates must have a minimum 2-3 years of practical / web development experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have strong communicator and organizational skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to communicate and closely partner with colleagues in several different business functions.
Work setting
- Candidates must have Adobe Target Certification and dedicated knowledge of digital Analytics to be eligible for this post
