Job Description
- Candidates will have to respond and resolve the customer inquiries, Complaints and issues.
- Candidates will also coordinate opportunities and strategies with other team members.
- Candidates must maintain a knowledge of UPS products and services to develop appropriate sales solutions.
- Candidates must educate customers in UPS’s service channels to expedite problem resolutions.
