Job Description

• The candidate will be expected to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste.
• The candidate must clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English or French languages.
• The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Previous experience is not mandatory.
• The candidate must be able to lift weights of up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should be dependable.
• The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
• The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
• The candidate should be reliable.

Work Setting

• The candidate will be required to work in an apartment/condominium complex, an office building, and a commercial building.
• The candidate will be required to work in various locations.

Experience and Specialization

Equipment

• The candidate must have prior experience with industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers as well as power tools.
