Job Description
- The candidate will have to assist and report to the director and is responsible for accepting, screening and responding to written, telephone or personal requests.
- Candidates will have to accept and respond to court orders and search warrants for health records.
- They’re also appointed to provide appropriate information on the health record.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have Two years’ experience handling and releasing confidential patient information from hospital health records.
- Candidates must have completed high school education and must attain a typing speed of 50 wpm.
- Candidates must attain excellent oral, and written organizational skills.
- Candidates must possess a sound understanding of the principles of confidentiality and release the medical information.

- Candidates must be physically wrong and required to perform occasional travels.
