Job Description

The candidate must be able to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste.
The candidate will be required to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, as well as contact tradespeople for major repairs.
The candidate will be expected to perform minor repairs on appliances.
The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
The candidate will be required to perform other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Candidate having experience is an asset.
The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
The candidate should be reliable.

Work setting

The candidate will be required to work in various locations.
