Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for registering arriving guests and assigning rooms.
  • The candidate must resolve complaints and claims.
  • The candidate must provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • The candidate will maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • The candidate must answer the phone and relay calls and messages.
  • The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
  • The candidate must respond to complaints of guests.
  • The candidate must handle luggage for hotel guests.
  • The candidate must provide services to persons with disabilities.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
  • The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • The candidate should be a good team player.
