Job Description
- Candidates appointed at this post to conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and ensure the operational excellence of the store is maintained throughout the shift.
- They’re also appointed at this post to open and close the store by the opening and closing procedures working at this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post are also required to ensure metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate teams to drive business results.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed high school diploma or GED to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience along with prior 1 year retail or customer experience like guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others to be eligible for this post.
- They must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have the ability to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation methods to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates required at this post to participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants are also required at this post to provide input to team member performance evaluations, recommendations into store hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor applied for this post.
