Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for bringing the lululemon guest experience framework to life by leading from the floor and delivering an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
- The candidate will be required to continuously assess guest engagement and provide technical product education to ensure every guest receives proper support, stepping in when other team members are unavailable.
- The candidate will be required to move dynamically throughout the store and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to meet the needs of the business, team, and guests.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting preparation activities to ensure the store is guest-ready and maintaining operational excellence throughout the shift.
- The candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the store in accordance with established procedures.
- The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team to achieve business results.
- The candidate will be responsible for participating in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and hiring recommendations.
- The candidate will be responsible for addressing team member performance and supporting ongoing learning and development through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
- The candidate will be responsible for contributing to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- The candidate must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
- The candidate must have at least 1 year of retail or customer experience, including guest resolution and the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
- The candidate will be required to show experience in guiding, mentoring, or assigning tasks to others.
- The candidate with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent or above is considered an asset.
- The candidate must have 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience, which may include leading delegated assignments or tasks, mentoring, or assisting peers.
- The candidate with Food safety and/or liquor service certification will be considered an asset for experiential stores with food and beverage service.

Work conditions and physical capabilities
- The candidate must be available for varying shifts based on store needs.
- The candidate will be required to work shifts that include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The candidate should be willing to work early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts during peak periods, special events, or other business needs.
- The candidate must be able to move throughout the store, which may include areas with bright lighting and loud music.
- The candidate will be required to work as part of a team, independently, and on computers or other technical devices as needed.
- The candidate may be required to occasionally move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- In experiential stores with food and beverage service, the candidate may use industrial kitchen equipment and be exposed to heat during food or beverage preparation.
