Organic Garage offers customers the opportunity to buy organic and all natural products for less money. The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. Job Description

The candidate would be responsible for restocking shelves and display areas.
The candidate will be required to obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom
The candidate will be required to ensure that the store is clean, safe and in order.
The candidate will be required to greets shoppers, answers questions, and helps them find products.
The candidate will be required to follows written and verbal instructions from managers.
The candidate will be required to direct customers to location of articles sought
The candidate will be required to provide bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery
The candidate would be responsible for performing general cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping floors.
The candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service
The candidate would be responsible for unpacking products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
The candidate will be required to carry customer’s purchases to parking lot and pack orders in customers’ vehicles
The candidate would be responsible for stocking and replacing products to avoid any damages.
The candidate will be required to keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.
The candidate would be responsible for preparing store displays and ensure that products are accurately labeled.
The candidate would be responsible for ordering out of stock products.
The candidate would be responsible for processing customer orders and payments.
The candidate would be responsible for handling timely product deliveries.
The candidate will be required to discard expired items and place near expiry items on special promotions.
The candidate will be required to oversee price changes on daily basis and manage cash register as needed.
The candidate will be required to build positive work environment to achieve store goals.
The candidate will be required to make sure that all products are fresh and within the expiration date.
The candidate will be required to learn about new products quickly and makes recommendations.
The candidate must ensure compliance with store policies and regulations.
The candidate will be required to plan and manage daily operations of grocery store.
The candidate will be required to follow dress code policies and sanitation guidelines.
The candidate will be required to maintain a good working relationship with other store management staff.
The candidate will be required to works hand in hand with the produce department manger, store director, and fresh cut associates to achieve standard maintenance, and supersedes customers expectation
The candidate will be required to keep record of credit sales and outstanding payments, and forward the information to relevant authorities
The candidate would be responsible for reporting suspicious activities in the store to appropriate authorities
The candidate would be responsible for interacting with customers of diverse background in a positive manner

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language
There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma .
The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in similar industry.
The candidate should be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
The candidate should be a good team player with enough interpersonal and judge-mental skills.
The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
The candidate should be punctual.
