Job Description

The candidate must estimate the costs of materials and the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations.
The candidate will have to modify existing illustrations.
The candidate will be required to consult with clients in order to determine the nature and content of illustrations to meet their communication needs.
The candidate will be expected to create realistic or representational sketches as well as final illustrations.
The candidate must create 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations.
The candidate will be required to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
The candidate will be expected to coordinate all aspects of print, audio-visual, or electronic production.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontracting.
The candidate must consult with clients to determine the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
The candidate must determine the best medium for producing the desired visual effect as well as the most appropriate vehicle for communication.
The candidate must create guidelines for illustrators or photographers.
The candidate must prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements.
The candidate must use existing photo and illustration banks, as well as typography guides.
The candidate must advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
The candidate should be a good team player.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

The candidate must be proficient in Adobe Freehand, Corel Draw, AutoCAD, Linux, InDesign, Adobe Suite, MS Office, Social Media, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, and XHTML.
