Job Description

The candidate will be required to record manufacturing information such as the quantity, size, and type of goods produced.
The candidate must be able to use machines to grind and polish the surfaces of stone blocks, slabs, or other stone products to a specific shape or design and to produce a smooth finish.
The candidate will be expected to make ongoing machine adjustments.
The candidate must be able to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
The candidate must operate machines to drill holes in stone blocks or slabs in accordance with specifications.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Candidate having experience is an asset.
The candidate must be able to lift weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs), 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and 23 kg (50 lbs).

Work site environment

The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

Work setting

The candidate’s relocation expenses will be covered by the employer.
