Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for fertilising and spraying crops.
- The candidate must harvest crops.
- The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
Work site environment
- The type of farm operation is other grain farming.
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
- The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
Experience and specialization
Equipment and machinery experience
- The candidate must have experience operating various equipment such as a loader, tractor, combine harvester, fertilizer applicator, haying equipment, planting equipment, seed drill, swather, and tillage equipment.
