Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
- The candidate will be in charge of stone and/or wood picking.
- The candidate will be in charge of harvesting crops.
- The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
Work Site Environment
- Farm operations include corn farming, soybean farming, and wheat farming.
Experience and Specialization
Equipment and machinery experience
- The candidate must have prior experience with a combine harvester, a farm truck, a fertiliser applicator, haying equipment, a loader, planting equipment, a seed drill, a sprayer or duster, tillage equipment, and a tractor.
Automated systems experience
- The candidate must have prior experience with a storage and silage system.
Additional Information
Security and safety
- The candidate’s driving record should be thoroughly checked (abstract).
Transportation/travel information
- The candidate must have their own transportation.
- The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
