Job Description 

• Candidates working in this post are required to lead the day-to-day management of the plant’s complaint, hold and release, and non-conformance programs.
• Candidates for this post are appointed at this post to perform daily monitoring and verification tasks as outlined in the HACCP system.
• They’re appointed at this post to provide training, support and coaching to hourly and salaried employees to maintain. 
• Candidates are also appointed at this post to prepare sensory samples and participate in sensory evaluations of meat products.
• Applicants for this post are required to perform data entry and data analysis tasks.
• Candidates for this post are required to complete regular plant audits to ensure plant programs are effectively implemented. 
• They’re also appointed at this post to actively identify areas for continuous improvement and take leadership roles to drive continuous improvement working at this post. 

Job requirement 

• Candidates must have completed a university degree or college diploma preferably in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science or a related discipline to be eligible for this post. 
• They must have 3 years of previous experience in a food-related technical role to be eligible for this post. 
• Candidates must attain dedicated strong systems skills including MS Office to be preferred for this post. 
• Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills and acquire effective oral and written communication skills to be preferred for this post. 
• Candidates for this post must acquire excellent organization and planning skills and always have to be self-motivated along with the ability to work independently to be eligible for this post.
