- Will be required to maintain quality control.
- Will be required to ensure food service.
- Will be required to supervise activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Will be required to co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Will be required to establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Will be required to maintain records of stock.
- Will be required to maintain records of repairs.

Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
- Should have an experience of 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Should have the ability to supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Will be required to work in a restaurant with staff accommodation available and hence should be comfortable with it.
- Should be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- The work will be physically demanding with the combination of standing for extended periods and walking and hence should be comfortable with.
- Should be comfortable with tight deadlines.
- Should be a team player.
- Should be client focused.
- Should know English.
