Job Description
- The candidate must plan and control budgets and expenditures.
- The candidate will be expected to hire, train, direct, and motivate employees.
- The candidate must develop and implement accounting and financial control policies and procedures.
- The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures for the purchase and sale of financial products.
- The candidate must develop policies and procedures for evaluating credit and loan applications.
- The candidate must authorise loan and credit applications.
- The candidate will be expected to oversee the preparation of reports.
- The candidate will be expected to provide advice to senior management.
- The candidate will be expected to respond to customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate must build connections in order to develop business relationships, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
