Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business cases on behalf of the function for key initiatives, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and ongoing tracking of value realization against approved investments.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing project and portfolio financials, including budgets, forecasts, and spend tracking in partnership with Finance and FP&A to ensure alignment to investment plans.
• The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on initiative performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular updates, providing a clear view of progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• The candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering executive-level communications, including status updates, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership forums.
• The candidate will be responsible for supporting planning cycles (e.g., annual planning, forecasting), ensuring initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities and accurately reflected in financial and operational plans.

Job Requirements

• The candidate with a CPA designation is preferred, ideally with experience in Advisory, Consulting, Transaction Services, Deals, Valuations, or Audit.
• The candidate must have experience developing and evaluating business cases, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and investment recommendations.
• The candidate must have proven ability to partner with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
• The candidate must have demonstrated project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• The candidate must possess excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including preparing materials and recommendations for senior leadership.
• The candidate must possess advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• The candidate with a PMP or other project management certification will be considered an asset.
• The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
