Job Description
- The candidate will be required to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- The candidate must balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- The candidate will be expected to conduct performance evaluations.
- The candidate will be expected to price goods and services.
- The candidate will be expected to monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices as necessary.
- The candidate must ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- The candidate will be in charge of establishing work schedules for employees and keep track of their performance.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- The candidate will be expected to train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise and inspect tray assembly.
- The candidate will be expected to keep track of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
- The candidate must ensure food service and quality control.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate will be expected to manage more than 20 people.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- The candidate must have a WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certificate.
- The candidate should be accurate.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication.
- The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
