Job Description

The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
The candidate must pick stones and/or wood.
The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
The candidate will be responsible for fertilising and spraying crops.
The candidate must harvest crops.
The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
The candidate must provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
The candidate must be well-organized.
The candidate should be a good team player.
The candidate should be reliable.
The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work site environment

Farm operations include hay farming and other miscellaneous crop farming.
The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
The candidate must be able to work in dusty and wet/damp conditions.
The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.

Equipment and machinery experience

The candidate must have experience with turf grass harvesters, automated irrigation systems, harvesters, tractors, farm trucks, haying equipment, loaders, and sod cutters.
