Job Description

  • The candidate must clean the crops.
  • The candidate will be responsible for cutting agricultural crops.
  • The candidate will be responsible for dividing freshly harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
  • The candidate will be responsible for grading vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume in order to fetch high price in market.
  • The candidate must harvest vegetables by hand.
  • The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
  • The candidate must pick row and orchard crops.
  • The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
  • The candidate must sort fruits and vegetables.
  • The candidate will be responsible for training trees to produce more fruit of higher quality.
  • The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
  • The candidate must clean the work area.
  • The candidate must harvest crops.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
  • The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.

  • The type of farm operation is fruit and vegetable combination farming.

Work setting

  • The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
