Job Description

• The candidate must cultivate on vertical farming system.
• The candidate will be responsible for cutting agricultural crops.
• The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
• The candidate must clean the work area.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• Candidate having experience is an asset.

Work site environment

• The type of farm operation is other miscellaneous crop farming.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

Experience and specialization

• The products are perennials.

Equipment and machinery experience

• The candidate must have experience operating a turf grass harvester, forklift, loader, tractor, and lift truck.
