Job Description

• The candidate will be required to assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels.
• The candidate will be required to keep track of information about the products inspected.
• The candidate will be required to assemble door panels, trusses, or modular components to create prefabricated housing.
• The candidate will be expected to pack items for shipping and distribution.
• The candidate will be required to use dowelling or other supports to reinforce assembled products.
• The candidate will be expected to inspect wood products for quality standards compliance.
• The candidate must mark defective parts or products for repair.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English or French languages.
• The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.

• The candidate should have an eye for details.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
• The candidate must have excellent hand eye coordination.
• The candidate must perform manual dexterity tasks.
• The candidate should be prepared to perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
