Job Description
- Candidates will have to partner with facilities supervisors to complete the work and ensure good maintenance.
- Candidates will have to conduct monthly maintenance and safety inspections, responding immediately to emergencies.
- Candidates get assigned, and completed technical training, periodontal development, and team-building exercises.
- Candidates will have to perform daily inspections and cleanup of the building perimeter and grounds, including general repairs.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have 3+ years hands on experience, maintenance, manufacturing, general mechanical trade or general contracting.
- Candidates must have the ability to meet attendance requirements.
- Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft outlook and basic computer skills.
- Able to lift the weight of around 50 lbs frequently.
Work setting
- Candidates who have excellent communication skills with computer literacy are considered for this job.
