Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for responding to all repair and maintenance questions from stores and carrying out planned asset replacements.
  • The candidate will be responsible for analyzing proposals to ensure cost and scope align with required repair needs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for issuing and receiving purchase orders.
  • The candidate must ensure that repair timeline SLAs are met consistently.
  • The candidate must perform triage and troubleshooting to identify the appropriate repair approach.

Job Requirements

  • The selected candidate should have a minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience in facilities maintenance.
  • The candidate must have strong mechanical aptitude.
  • The candidate must be agile and able to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks throughout the day as needs change.
  • The candidate should have a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • The candidate should be familiar with day-to-day retail environment operations.
  • The candidate should have the capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • The candidate must be skilled in MS Office, Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint.
  • The selected candidate must be dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • The role requires a willingness to learn and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • The candidate should have strong ability in organizing tasks, managing time, and resolving issues.
  • The candidate must be an excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
  • The candidate should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
