Job Description

  • The candidate must plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews.
  • The candidate must coordinate the inspection of assigned areas.
  • The candidate must supervise staff.
  • The candidate must coordinate contract services.
  • The candidate must meet all safety standards and follow all departmental policies.
  • The candidate must maintain financial records.
  • The candidate must prepare budgets and payroll.
  • The candidate must supervise maintenance and repair services.
  • The candidate must coordinate maintenance and repair services.
  • The candidate must conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
  • The candidate must maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • The candidate must supervise in-house laundry services.

  • The candidate must coordinate dry cleaning and valet services.

Job Requirements
