Job Description

  • The candidate must work with ET team leadership to scope, design approaches for, and resource transformation and business capability enhancement programs and projects, including rationalizing new scope with in-flight initiatives.
  • The candidate must identify, define, and prioritize strategic and operational questions that need to be answered.
  • The candidate must act as an internal advisor facilitating directors and executives through problem definition, options analysis, and solution design.
  • The candidate must oversee and/or directly contribute to deliverable development, including process mapping, capability modelling, and review sessions with business partners.
  • The candidate must work with program and project teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise operating model vision and identify cross-program and regional dependencies and conflicts.
  • The candidate must support enterprise investment planning processes, including cross-program prioritization, dependency mapping, and identifying multi-year funding needs.
  • The candidate must coordinate, collaborate with, and seek support from transformation enablement teams, including change management, communications, learning and training, and org design.
  • The candidate must build a network of trusted relationships across multiple organizational levels to build momentum and support for transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, implementing corporate strategies, and/or large-scale operating model transformation programs, or equivalent experience.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, and a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
  • The candidate must demonstrate willingness to learn on the job and maintain a growth mindset.
  • The candidate must have the ability to influence and partner with others while being a strong team player.
  • The candidate must have the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments and at different levels within an organization.
  • The candidate must demonstrate discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
