Job Description
- The candidate must maintain professionalism in customer service.
- The candidate must install, replace, and repair electrical controls and panel boxes.
- The candidate must splice, join, and connect wires.
- The candidate must test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits.
- The candidate will be expected to troubleshoot and isolate faults.
- The candidate must connect power to audio and visual equipment.
- The candidate will be expected to train apprentices.
- The candidate must ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures such as swimming pools and hot tubs.
- The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
- The candidate must renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- The candidate must carry out preventive maintenance programmes.
- The candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
