Job Description
- The candidate must respond to customer complaints or concerns.

Job Requirements

- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have an AZ class license, Air Brake (Z) Endorsement Certification, Commercial Vehicle Operator’s Registration (CVOR) Certificate, Driver’s License (Class 1 or A), and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Type of trucking and equipment
- The candidate must have experience in operating flatbeds, straight trucks (4,600 kg/10,000 lbs+ with 3+ axles), and tractor-trailers.
Communication systems experience
- The candidate must have experience operating GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment, as well as using a trip recorder (on-board computer).
Transportation/travel experience
