Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for determining the global merchandise financial framework, strategy, and targets that support divisional merchandise strategies under the direction of the VP, Global Planning/GMP, and reconciling them with regional, channel, and class plans.
  • The candidate will be responsible for directing pre-season planning through high-level financial analysis and product long-range planning in collaboration with Divisional Merch and Planning leadership.
  • The candidate will be responsible for directing cross-functional alignment around sales, margin, and inventory plans and actions required to achieve divisional financial targets.
  • The candidate will be responsible for enhancing demand planning capabilities to provide direction for Supply Management and ensure timely product deliveries that support growth.
  • The candidate will be responsible for synthesizing findings and preparing presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have 10+ years of related experience in Specialty Retail.
  • The candidate must have 4+ years of management experience.
  • The candidate must demonstrate impactful communication skills when working with peers and stakeholders up to the SLT level.
  • The candidate must build and develop highly effective teams.
  • The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
  • The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
  • The candidate must communicate with honesty and kindness while encouraging others to do the same.
