Its main objective is to establish long-lasting connections with wealthy individuals and help them achieve their financial aspirations through customized investments and wealth management strategies. This position lays the foundation for the growth of a client’s portfolio while building technical and product knowledge.

Job Description
- An evolving advisor position at TD Wealth concentrating on enhancing investment insights and customer connections in private wealth management.
- A permanent employee with around 37.5 working hours per week, stationed in Halifax.

Responsibilities
- Establish and develop a client list of wealthy people, families, and businessmen with high net worth.
- Devise individual wealth management and investment plans for the customers.
- Make suggestions about how to build portfolios, which securities to pick, and how to change portfolios over time.
- Carry out the business plan that concentrates on finding new clients, marketing, and building relationships with clients.
- Implement sales tactics to draw in, get, and keep customers and referrals.
- Work together with internal partners to provide full wealth advice based on goals.
- Spot and control risks to the benefit of the organization.
Requirements
- A four-year degree is required in a field such as finance, business, economics, or a related area.
- Must have a current CIRO license, as well as at least three years of experience working in a customer-facing capacity such as sales or relationship management.
- Need to be knowledgeable about all aspects of investment products and investment markets.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients and continue to provide services within the compliance standards for your industry.
