Job Description

The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.).
The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising 16–20 people, as well as more than 20 people when required.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers, as well as retail salespersons and sales clerks.

Work setting

The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
The candidate should work from a remote location, as the practice of employees doing their jobs from a location other than a central office operated by the employer.
