Job Description
- This position provides inbound telephone customer support work where the candidate will have to determine the nature of the call and execute its inquiry.
- The candidate will have to communicate with the internal and external customers on a daily basis through various sources of communications like via phone, email, fax and any other sources.
- Candidates will also have to position the inputs and complete the processes shipments to domestic and international addresses.
- Candidates will have to screen the incoming calls and key the data accurately before the deadline.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
- Candidates must attain a good typing speed with 40+ words per minute.
- Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment to work flexible shift hours.
