Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate will be responsible for answering inquiries and providing information to customers.
- The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
- The candidate must make arrangements for refunds and credits.
- The candidate must explain the type and cost of services provided.
- The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
- The candidate must maintain records and statistics.
