- The candidate must access and process information.
- The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing information.

- The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
- The candidate must perform general office duties.
- The candidate must be able to sell merchandise.
