Job Description

  • The position requires employees to work directly with customers while they assist customers during their Tesla ownership experience.
  • The program develops customer relationships through educational activities and vehicle delivery services.
  • The Sales and Customer Support department needs employees to complete 40 hours of work each week.
  • The employee needs to work from a Tesla showroom because their job requires in-person presence.
  • The workplace provides fast-paced work environments which require teamwork to build strong connections with the brand.
  • The schedule offers multiple options because it allows work during both nighttime and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

  • The first person who meets showroom visitors needs to welcome them as their initial contact.
  • The staff needs to assess customer requirements before they help customers navigate their Tesla experience.
  • The staff members will teach customers about products through their product explanations, demonstration drives, and feature demonstrations.
  • The staff members will create interesting vehicle handover presentations together with vehicle ownership orientation sessions.
  • The system collects customer data while it helps customers book test drives.

Requirements

  • The candidate requires experience in either customer service or sales work within high-demand work settings.
  • The applicant demonstrates exceptional abilities to communicate with others and to build relationships.
  • The applicant possesses the ability to demonstrate product features and fundamental technical knowledge to others.
  • The applicant shows readiness to work during all evening and weekend and holiday periods.
  • The applicant demonstrates proficiency in digital tools and customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • The applicant possesses a valid driver license which allows him or her to drive legally.
  • The applicant needs to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License because it is mandatory for all positions based in Ontario.
  • 1+ year of customer service.
