Job Description

  • Customer Experience Specialist is a customer facing sales and support position with Tesla.

  • The role supports customers from showroom visits through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk in guests promptly and professionally.
  • Start conversations to understand customer needs, goals and purchase timelines.
  • Build complete customer profiles through meaningful interactions.
  • Present Tesla products and answer customer questions.
  • Conduct demo drives and Full Self Driving demonstrations.
  • Lead vehicle delivery orientations for new owners.
  • Explain vehicle features and benefits during deliveries.
  • Capture guest information and maintain accurate records.
  • Arrange test drives for prospective customers.
  • Follow up with high intent buyers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service and or sales work background is required.
  • A record of meeting and exceeding goals is required.
  • Strong knowledge of electric vehicle industry trends and local incentives is preferred.
  • Can work with both business topics and technical concepts.
  • Strong team focused mindset and dependable work habits are required.
  • A valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s licence for Canada must be maintained.
  • For Ontario applicants, a valid motor vehicle salesperson licence or certificate must be obtained and maintained as a condition of employment.
