Job Description

  • Customer Experience Specialist is a retail sales and customer engagement position that supports customers from their first showroom visit through vehicle delivery.
  • This is a full time role based in West Vancouver, British Columbia.
  • The position involves customer education, vehicle demonstrations and sales support activities.
  • Employees interact with potential buyers and Tesla owners throughout the customer journey.
  • The role combines relationship building, product presentations and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors to the showroom and create a friendly experience.
  • Speak with guests to learn about their interests, goals and expected purchase timelines.
  • Build detailed customer profiles based on conversations and interactions.
  • Answer questions about Tesla vehicles, technology and services.
  • Arrange and conduct demo drives and Full Self Driving demonstrations.
  • Guide customers through vehicle delivery appointments and orientations.
  • Explain vehicle functions, features and ownership benefits.
  • Collect customer information and update sales related records.
  • Book test drives and identify customers with strong purchase interest.
  • Deliver outstanding support to both current and prospective owners.
  • Complete additional duties that support daily business operations.

Requirements

  • Have atleast 1 year of work history in customer service or sales or a related field with a record of achieving targets.
  • Learn about industry trends and available regional incentives.
  • Can explain technical concepts and business information in a clear and simple manner.
  • Show dependability and contribute positively within a team setting.
  • Show excellent written and verbal interaction skills.
  • Can work with MS Office applications and CRM platforms.
  • Hold a current Canadian driver’s license classified as Class 5, G or G2.
  • Possess and maintain the required motor vehicle salesperson license or certificate issued by the applicable provincial regulator in British Columbia.
