Job Description

- Prepare court packages for Crown
- Prosecutor’s Office
- Prepare summons for accused individuals
- Prepare subpoenas for witnesses and victims
- Enter data into systems like PROS and CPIC
- Process convictions in CJIM
- Handle external and internal calls
- Assist police officers with court files
- Provide admin support to detachments
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
Requirements
- Completion of at least two years of secondary school or equivalent is required.
- Experience providing service to clients through phone, in person and in writing is required.
- Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders is needed.
- Experience researching and compiling information from different sources is required.
- Experience using information systems for data entry and retrieval is necessary.
- Can interpret policies, procedures or legislation.
- Have strong verbal and written interaction skills.
- Must be willing to travel and attend court when required.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to obtain Reliability security clearance.
