Purolator has released a notification in which they’re inviting candidates for the post of Courier / Courrier. They build positive relationships with both our internal customers (dispatch, colleagues, managers) and external customers. They comply with all Corporate Policies and Procedures. They work in a safe manner at all times. They maintain punctual attendance and other Duties as assigned. They have the ability to solve problems as they arise while on the road.

Job description
- Candidates will pick-up and deliver customer’s shipments in an effective and efficient manner.
- They will be able to cover open runs as assigned by Manager.
- They will perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- They will be responsible for managing daily delivery and pick-up schedules efficiently and effectively.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a valid non-probationary Driver’s License.
- They must have a clean Driving Abstract (please upload a current driver’s abstract with your resume).
- They must successfully pass written & road test(s).
- They must successfully pass the Defensive Driving course.
- They must successfully pass Courier Methods training course
- They must have the ability to read maps; Good sense of geographical direction.
- They must have the ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
- They must successfully complete a criminal record check and employment verification to qualify.
- They must obtain a clear Police Clearance Certificate.
