  • Manage and administer construction and service contracts
  • Solve daily contract-related issues
  • Monitor and control project schedules
  • Interact with client partners and handle contract changes
  • Maintain site records like reports and photos
  • Work with site teams and other service lines
  • Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders
  • Make sure quality standards are met as per requirements
  • Manage contract-related risks
    Handle contract financials
  • Coordinate consultant reviews and third-party testing
  • Make sure health and safety rules are followed
  • Support or lead business development tasks

Requirements

  • A college diploma in engineering, applied science or a related field is required.
  • At least four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination is needed.
  • Knowledge of construction practices, materials and industry standards is expected.
  • Understanding of project, contract and risk management is required.
  • Familiarity with health and safety management is necessary.
  • Can use relevant software and operating systems is required.
  • Can read and interpret drawings and specifications is important.
  • Capability to apply contract and project management techniques is needed.
  • Certification such as Certified Engineering Technologist is considered an asset.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
  • Must have a Secret security clearance.
