Job Description
- The candidate must be able to mix, pour, and spread materials.
- The candidate must remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
- The candidate will be expected to carry out routine maintenance tasks.
- The candidate must measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets.
- The candidate will be required to perform other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
- The candidate will be required to use hand and power tools to install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Work site environment
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
Work setting
- The candidate must work on a construction site.
Experience and specialization
Surface preparation experience
- The candidate must have prior experience with drywall taping/patching.
Area of specialization
- The candidate must be skilled in painting, millwork, construction, and kitchen cabinets and vanities.

Own tools/equipment
- The candidate must have their own steel-toed safety boots.
