Job Description
- The job of Client Executive will involve acting as the chief consultant for mid-market customers, recognizing their areas of improvement in connectivity and technological skills.
- Assist the clients in the process of discovering Bell’s offerings in IoT, Cloud, 5G Mobility, Cyber Security, Voice and Collaboration.
- Collaboration with internal departments to provide customized solutions and smooth experiences to enterprise customers.
- Be a part of Bell’s objective of providing cutting-edge technology and future-proof services to businesses all over Canada.
- Hybrid work arrangements are available but employees must report to the Bell office for at least 3 days a week.
- Work hours are flexible based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new market clients.
- Drive revenue growth.
- Expand services in your specific location to meet targets.
- Create and execute detailed business strategies and cooperate with other teams and specialists.
- Supervise solution design, deal-closings and other formalities with mid market organisations.
- Develop specific solutions for mid-marketing business.
- Predict sales and manage sales pipeline(with CRM)
Requirement
- At least 3+ years of experience with B2B sales.
- Experience selling within mid-market area.
- Instincts that value an item’s worth by not judging the price solely.
- Experience in consultation and solution driven business.
- Can work with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Can work with PowerPoint and Excel
Valid driver’s license. - Good knowledge of French(if working in Quebec)
