Job Description
- Personal and Commercial Banking on the Royal Bank of Canada Personal and Commercial Banking Platform.
- Providing clients with an all-in-one service experience focused on meeting their needs. The goal is to develop an authentic and engaged partnership through professional education and development.
- The Client Advisor position offers a supportive team culture, along with excellent resources for training and development.
- Flexible Scheduling. Client Advisors will work between 20 to 37.5 hours per week.
- Client Advisors will work at any branch across Canada, but will receive specific weekly guaranteed hours, based on the retail branch’s operations hours.
Responsibilities
- Engaging customers in-store and within their community to define requirements and opportunities.
- Educating customers regarding the use of digital banking tools,
- Both through training sessions and in-store support.
- Assisting customers with day-to-day banking operations and questions pertaining to banking.
- Providing forethought on the resolution of issues and providing excellent service to customers.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with other departments within the bank to assist in providing customers with a source for referrals and developing new business within the bank.
Requirements
- Should have the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Should work like customer oriented.
- Should grow in the company.
- Should have digital skills.
- Able to Work Full Retail Branch Hours.
- Fluency in either Mandarin or Cantonese is Required.
- Client-Focused Experience (With a Strong Background) is Preferred.
- Accredited in Mutual Funds, Investment Fund Course (IFC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
